REFORMER CLASS

The reformer class will improve flexibility, build strength, challenge core stability and develop control and endurance for the entire body.  This class will work your deepest muscles to truly lengthen and tone the body.This class is challenging for both body and mind.  It is limited to only four students.

PILATES STRONG

This is a 45 minutes class that is high intensity, low impact and so fun! This method uses mixed equipment including the jump board, reformer, mat and TRX suspension. Prepare to be challenged with your overall balance, strength and pilates exercises. If you're looking for pilates mixed with cardio... this is your class!

CADILLAC/TOWER CLASS

This is a 50 minute Pilates class using the Balanced Body Cadillac equipment.  This class uses the BASI 12 block system to give your body a complete workout.  Be prepared to work on balance, breathing, stretching as well as core stability during this session.  This class is challenging, but is suitable for all levels.  Exercises can be modified to fit the student's needs.

SWEAT 45

For Maximum burn SWEAT days include 45 minutes of bodyweight HIIT using the TRX suspension straps, weights, bands and the magic circle.  This full body workout will challenge your endurance, strength and agility.  Leave the workout feeling rejuvenated and ready to conquer your day! **Suitable for all levels as exercises can be modified to fit the client's needs.

YOGA FLOW (HEATED CLASS)

Awaken and align your body with this rejuvenating yoga session. We will focus on strength and flexibility, and you'll leave feeling challenged, balanced and relaxed. All levels are welcome to attend! This class has a room temperature of 85 degrees. The demanding nature of the poses and the heat are designed to raise your heart rate and exercise your muscles. 

BARRE

Wanting to improve your posture, flexibilty, overall body strength and balance? Then this class is for you! Be prepared to go through a series of low-impact, high intensity movements that strengthen and tone your body. We focus on long and lean muscles without adding the bulk.

CHAIR & REFORMER

This class uses the Balanced Body EXO chair, reformer and other Pilates props. Wanting to improve your posture, flexibility, overall body strength and balance? Then this class is for you! Be prepared to go through a series of low-impact, high intensity movements that strengthen and tone your body. We focus on long and lean muscles without adding the bulk. 

PME

Pilates Mixed Equipment (PME). This class uses different pieces of Pilates equipment to achieve a full body unique workout.  Clients will go through a series of exercises moving from station to station using different pieces of equipment. From slow controlled Pilates exercises on the reformer, getting your cardio in and heart rate up using the jump board on the reformer, to Pilates rooted exercises on the TRX suspension straps... this class has it all.  No piece of equipment is off limits in this class! Please note this is a larger class with a max class of 12 clients.

HOT POWER YOGA

Enjoy 60 minutes of challenging and powerful yoga exercises during this hot yoga session.  Elevating the temperature means more calories are burned forcing the body to work twice as hard. Get ready to sweat, and feel absolutely amazing when you leave!
